Nudnik was founded by Natalia Maus, who began her career at Island Records as a music video commissioner. There, she commissioned over 100 videos including for U2 and Florence + The Machine.

Beyond music videos, Natalia has produced the Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors' Showcase in Cannes featuring Professor Richard Dawkins playing an electronic saxophone live and a commercial campaign for the West End production of School of Rock.

With experience on both client/agency and production company side, she brings a sharp creative eye and senior-level production to every project.
